AVA matters: (1) Playing of national anthem and (2) collection/return of CD players

Dear colleagues,

Apologies for the glitch in the playing of national anthem this morning 

My sincerest apologies for the glitch in the playing of the national anthem this morning.  The glitch was due to scratches on the CD that was used.  I have since replaced both the CD (1 in the Control Room and 1 in the General Office PA system.)

Returning/collecting of CD players

The P6 classes had had their PSLE LC last week.  So P6 form teachers should send their trustee ICT student leaders to return all their CD players to the Control Room. (Thank you Rachel for your initiative and for being the first to return for your class! thanks. )  

Form teachers for other levels, do feel free to collect your CD players (preferably the original set that you had returned earlier) should you need them.  Else you can also choose to leave the CD players in the control room if you do not foresee using it.  In any case, do indicate the status of the CD players by filling up the respective cells in the google spreadsheet entitled "Issue of CD players 2011" sent to you in a separate email.
