Re: Recalling all CD players for maintenance -- in preparation for PSLE (LC) [14Sep2012]

Dear colleagues,

URGENT

I will need the help of AM teachers going into classes in the first period tomorrow to send the a ICT rep from their class to return the CD players to the control room, first thing in the morning.  The AVA vendor is coming in at 9am tomorrow (Thu, 30Aug) to service all the CD players.

Do get the rep to move as far in as possible into the control room and place the CD players on the floor.

Currently, as at 8/29/2012 16:25:07, the number of CD players returned is pathetic.

Once you have returned the CD players, do just reply to this email (careful NOT to "reply all" else you will end up "spamming" everyone)

Recalling all CD players for maintenance -- in preparation for PSLE (LC) [14Sep2012]

Dear form/co-form teachers,

Do send your trusty ICT leaders to return your classroom CD players to the Control Room (@Level 3, above the back of the hall) ASAP (Not later than Wed, 29Aug2012).  The room is NOT locked during school hours.

Do adhere to the deadline as the AVA vendor will be coming next Thursday 30Aug2012.

Mr Chee, please note that the AVA vendor (Mr Ong from VISCOM) will be coming to our school between 9am to 11am next Thursday (30Aug2012) to carry out this maintenance work on the CD players and Hi-fi sets.  Do allow him access to the Control Room and AVA room.  FYI/FYA.

Thanks all in advance.

It is appropriate to shut down the computer (laptop) at this time as well.

Step 2: Power down the patch panel

Step 3: Power down the projector

Note: The reason for the wait time before switching off the projector is to allow for forced cooling of the projector.  This will help prolong the life-span of the fan.
