Communicated with Mr Ong yesterday (16/2, 7pm) regarding purchase of CD players and wireless:

cd players            --> $135 x 12  = $2700 (via IT fund) 

wireless Handheld --> $750 x 3   =  $2250 (via AVA Fund)

wireless Headset -->  $850 x 3   = $2550 (via AVA Fund,  at a later date) 

Payment will be done via e-invoice after delivery of items.
